Across space and time
Our Mission
The Transition Lab is an interdisciplinary research lab dedicated to uncovering inequalities across the full arc of human life. We study how migration shapes health and labor market outcomes, how aging populations navigate social and economic change, and how health inequalities are produced and sustained across spaces and over time. Drawing on demography, epidemiology, and social science, our work bridges rigorous scholarship with real-world policy to advance equity for the world’s most vulnerable populations.
